Access and use of the website is conditional on your acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions, which should be read before using the website.

You warrant that you are at least eighteen year old, or if you are younger that you have obtained the consent of your parent or carer who has agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.  You also warrant that there is no reason known to you why you cannot enter into a legally binding contract.

Before any purchase can be completed through the website you will be required to provide accurate and full payment details and your postal address.  You may also be required to provide other information the details of which will be apparent on the website.  Providing incomplete or inaccurate information will result in the purchase not being made.

The supply of requested information means also that you consent to it being given to third parties only in relation to completing the purchase.

If it is suspected that fraud or any type of unauthorised or unlawful transaction is taking place, the purchase may be either cancelled or not accepted without prior notice to you.

Refunds will be made only in accordance with the terms of the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010, the Queensland Fair Trading Act 1989, and the common law; and only if an application for a refund stating the grounds of the application, is received within sixty days of purchase.  However the company is keen to resolve any disputes amicably and encourages you to discuss any dissatisfaction by any of the means mentioned in the Contact section of the website.

You agree to indemnify the company and operator/s of the website, and the relevant heirs and assigns, against all damages, costs, expenses and other liabilities relating directly or indirectly to any claim, howsoever it arises from your access to and use of the website or any breach of these terms and conditions, or any breach of any law.  You further agree that the applicable law in the event of any claim or dispute is that of Queensland Australia.

The company does not warrant to any extent at all that the website is at all times free of viruses or other malware although the company will use its best endeavours to prevent the intrusion of any such harmful matter.

By continuing to access and/or use the website, you are agreeing to all these terms and conditions, which are taken to be included in any contract created between you and the company, unless an exclusion, variation or addition is agreed in writing before or at the time of the creation of the contract.
