Frangipani Projects Pty Ltd (“the company”), which is an Australian company subject to the laws of Australia, conducts the www.franklippett.com.au website (“the website”).

Period information is kept

When the website contact form is completed, the data provided is collected, as is your IP address and browser user agent string (in order to assist in the detection of spam).  That data so provided is kept for a period not exceeding twelve calendar months; but is not used under any circumstances for marketing or marketing-related purposes.  Data which is collected will be retained only for the periods for which it is needed to fulfil contracts, comply with legal or accounting or reporting requirements, or improving the website.

Use of information

Any data you provide will be used, if at all, only for purposes permitted by law: the provision and maintenance of the website, notification to you of any relevant matter, the provision of customer support, the gathering of analytics or the like in order to improve the website, monitoring the website usage, detection, prevention and remedying technical issues, or compliance with any legal requirement.
